Writing rap songs to explain science is definitely among one of my favorite ways of outreach. And with YouTube at hand they can really get viral.

Here’s one I’ve recently discovered done by Zach Powers, “a native New Yorker and professional scientist” as he describes himself. Zach is doing a PhD at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and during his free time he writes and performs science-inspired raps! And he rocks at it! Check his website for more or follow him on Twitter!
